Support and Training
Asset Station comes with a range of services including product training, ongoing helpdesk/technical support and proactive customer care. Technical SupportRAMI employs a dedicated and knowledgeable technical support team available to assist with questions quickly and easily. Email support is available, Monday – Friday from 8am-6pm (CST), for Asset Station users that elect to purchase annual support. Each case is assigned to a helpdesk consultant who then manages the process to its conclusion. TrainingAsset Station clients have the option of purchasing tailored, onsite or online training in a one-on-one or group setting. Courses are designed to cover all aspects of Asset Station (set-up, configuration, reports, etc.) enabling users to confidently manage all fixed asset accounting procedures with ease.
