Barcode Labels
Real Asset Management International (RAMI) recommends a number of barcode labels for a variety of environments and requirements. The Track4000 system requires the use of barcode labels to be used in conjunction with a handheld scanning device.
Destructible VinylWhite destructible vinyl material, coated with a permanent acrylic adhesive. Typically used for asset tracking in environments where added security is required. This type of label has high cohesion and good resistance to heat, cold, moisture and UV light but can be picked apart quite easily. The destructible vinyl labels come ready made designed with corporate logo, color pallet, text and barcode. White PolyesterWhite polyester film coated with a strong permanent acrylic based adhesive with proven performance for standard labels, nameplates and other similar uses. These labels are generally resistant to water, mild acids, salt and alkalis, petroleum based greases, oils and aliphatic solvents. In addition, these have high cohesion and good resistance to heat, cold water and UV light and good quick stick, peel and shear strength. The white polyester labels come ready made designed with corporate logo, color pallet, text and barcode. Metal LabelsWater, gasoline, oils and chemicals have little effect on the metal labels, even after long-term exposure. These labels are commonly used for fixed asset tracking and in general manufacturing industries. Label MakerThis small, portable, cost-effective label printer does not require any ribbons, toners or ink cartridges. Laser-sharp labels can be printed in seconds allowing for high quality labels with images, custom text and barcodes. 55 labels can be printed per minute.
