We are a massive, global organization; is your software robust enough to accommodate our unique requirements?
Yes. In fact, RAM actually specializes in large-scale, multi-site, global implementations.
If, like RAM, your organization operates in many different countries, international accounting features are imperative; with an increasing focus on corporate governance regulations, this requirement is becoming even more prevalent. Designed with this in mind, Asset4000 incorporates a wide range of international accounting features including multi-book, multi-currency and multi-lingual functionality and complies with both US and European accounting standards.
Multi-book
Core asset information can be shared across any number of books with different sets of figures, enabling compliance with both local and group depreciation policies. Information such as analysis codes, descriptions, acquisition and capitalization dates can remain constant across all books, while details like asset life, depreciation rules and residual values can be book dependant.
Transactions such as full or partial disposals, transfers and asset splits can be applied across all books. Asset relifes and revaluations are book-specific.
We are a small organization with simple requirements and a limited budget; do you have a solution that will work for us?
Yes. Asset Station, starting at just $499, is the perfect solution. This configurable depreciation tool is designed for organizations requiring fixed asset software to manage fewer than 1,000 assets. As a stand-alone system, Asset Station is installed onto one client PC. This system has the ability to hold one depreciation policy/method per asset. Please visit this page for more detailed information.
I am interested in reviewing your software; now what?
Simply call 617 426 0893 to arrange a convenient date and time for a web or onsite product demonstration. Alternatively, submit a web demo request and an Account Manager will contact you shortly.
