Web-based Call Logging Software - Request4000

Web-based Call Logging Software - Request4000

RAMI's Request4000 is a web-based call logging facility, designed to integrate seamlessly with both Maintenance4000 to generate work orders, and with Help4000 to generate helpdesk cases.

The system allows calls to be logged from any remote location using a web browser, enabling users to report software or maintenance issues with ease. Users can then opt to receive case updates regarding the status and escalation of a logged call by email, and are also able to access details of their case by logging into the application.

Once a call has been submitted, administrators are able to view the case, which arrives equipped with a unique call reference number, on a list of outstanding cases. Calls may be grouped if necessary and full case details, including notes and current status, can be accessed.

An easy-to-use, time-saving system which can be built directly into the company intranet for ease of use, Request4000 is a significant strategic appendage to RAMI's Maintenance4000 and/or Help4000 systems.
