Real Asset Management Announces Workflow4000

New product will provide automatic alerts and notifications to help clients stay on top of critical business activities

Real Asset Management (RAM) announced recently the unveiling of Workflow4000, a new product that provides enhanced Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) support to its Series4000 range of fixed asset management solutions.

Workflow4000 enables RAM clients to automatically identify and respond to business issues, enterprise-wide, that are critical to their company’s well-being.  Workflow4000 immediately issues email and report alerts or takes action when user-specified data relationship situations occur, such as when an asset's insurance renewal is due, when a warranty is about to expire, or when a key asset has been flagged for disposal.

Workflow4000 can be likened to having an "invisible assistant" in the form of a software solution. Alerts and notifications are automatic and are relayed via email, text message or fax. The Workflow4000 EventPak provides a service that runs on an organization's database server and monitors the database for tailored situations and events.  Fifty 'out-of-the-box' preconfigured notifications are supplied and each event can be tailored to an individual company or copied and modified into new events, making the setup quick and easy. Users will be trained on how to maintain the specialized notifications.

“We are very pleased to offer these additional capabilities to our clients,” said Marcus Scholes, VP of US Operations for RAM. “Workflow4000 will give added value to RAM’s market leading Series4000 range of fixed asset management solutions.”
