RAM’s dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Team is available to resolve issues and assist with any questions quickly and easily. All cases are logged, response times are issued, and the case is assigned to a Helpdesk consultant who then manages the process to its conclusion.

Unlimited email and telephone support are available for all modules.

 

Benefits of RAM's technical support services:

  • Product enhancements are released twice yearly at no additional expense as outlined within the client’s annual maintenance agreement.
  • Updates on tax facilities are in accordance with changes to state and federal tax guidelines.
  • Product upgrades can be issued to the client electronically or via CD.
  • Clients have access to RAM’s FTP site which can be used to assist with data transfer.
  • All documentation is scanned and held electronically to assist with client management.
