Fixed Asset Management Software - Technical Support Services

RAMI employs a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Team available to resolve issues and assist with questions quickly and easily. A courteous and professional support team is on call 10 hours a day; unlimited e-mail and telephone support are available for all modules, Monday through Friday from 8AM - 6PM CST. All cases are logged, response times are issued and the case is assigned to a helpdesk consultant who then manages the process to its conclusion.

Benefits of RAMI's technical support services:

  • Product enhancements are released twice yearly at no additional expense as outlined within the client’s annual maintenance agreement.
  • Updates on tax facilities in accordance with changes to State and Federal tax guidelines.
  • Product upgrades can be issued to the client electronically or via CD.
  • Clients have access to RAMI’s FTP site which can be used to assist with data transfer.
  • All documentation is scanned and held electronically to assist with client management.
