RAM's Technical Support

 

RAM has a dedicated and knowledgeable technical support team available to assist with any query, both quickly and easily.

As you may know, Real Asset Management is part of MRI Software and RAM customers can benefit from first class support through the myMRI Client Portal. The best way to access support is via the portal but you can also contact us by telephone or email. Our polite and knowledgeable support team are at your disposal every weekday between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

 


Benefits of RAM's Technical Support Service

  • Product enhancements are released twice yearly at no additional expense as outlined within the client’s annual maintenance agreement.
  • Updates on tax facilities are in accordance with changes to state and federal tax guidelines.
  • Product upgrades can be issued to the client electronically.
  • Clients have access to RAM’s FTP site which can be used to assist with data transfer.
  • All documentation is scanned and held electronically to assist with client management.
